Privacy

In development — the approved privacy policy copy has not been supplied yet. This page is incomplete and is a launch blocker.

What we can state today, based on how this site is actually built:

• When you sign up for updates, we collect only your email address. No names, passwords, or application questions.
• Your email is used for Genesis Alpha opening announcements, feature reveals, and future DEADfish updates.
• Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails to that address.
• We record when and on which page you signed up, so we can honor your registration accurately.
• This website is not connected to any gameplay account system, and signing up here does not create a player account.
